The company is composed by three bodies of lands that amount to about 20 hectares; they are located in a low hills area that is almost a plane, characterized by clayey- calcareous ground, average depth of soil, and naturally advantaged by the characteristic habitat and Mediterranean climate.

The olive groves are cultivated extensively, with a medium- low umbrella shape pruning. Our olives are still cropped by hands to guarantee fruit integrity and the highest quality. Company's products are stored in our storage cellar and craftly packaged, with no kind of industrial process.
At present all the company fields are being changed over to Biological system.
